At Best Wagers, we stand behind the quality of our picks with a straightforward, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you follow our picks as documented in our public tracker and are not profitable during your membership period, you are entitled to a full refund of your membership fee.
100% Money-Back Guarantee: Follow the picks. Track the results. If you are not in profit at the end of your membership period, we will refund your membership in full. This guarantee applies to Monthly plans and above only.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Monthly plans and above only: The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month memberships. Daily and Weekly passes are not eligible for refunds.
- Pick adherence: You must have followed the picks as they were posted in the private Telegram group. This means placing the picks at or near the posted odds and unit sizes.
- Public tracker verification: All picks are logged in our publicly accessible spreadsheet. Profitability is determined by the results recorded in this tracker, not by individual betting outcomes or selective pick following.
- Full membership period must be completed: Refund requests are only accepted after your full membership duration has ended. You must allow the entire period to elapse before filing a refund claim. Requesting a refund before your membership period ends will make you ineligible for any refund, and your account may be terminated immediately.
- Complete results audit: Upon receiving your refund request, we will conduct a full audit of the pick results during your membership period using our public tracker. The refund will be issued only after this audit confirms a net loss during your membership.
- Single refund per member: Each member is eligible for one refund claim. If you rejoin after receiving a refund, the guarantee applies fresh to the new membership period.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, you may submit a refund request through either of the following channels:
- Instagram DM: Send a direct message to @bestwagers with the subject "Refund Request" along with your membership details.
- Telegram: Message us directly at t.me/bestwagers with your membership information and refund request.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your membership
- Your membership plan and start date
- A brief explanation of your request
Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Eligible Plans
The money-back guarantee applies to the following membership plans:
- Monthly Plan
- 3-Month Plan
- 6-Month Plan
- 12-Month Plan
Daily and Weekly passes are not eligible for refunds due to their short-term nature. The guarantee terms remain the same regardless of which eligible plan you select.
Digital Product Policy
Best Wagers is a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for partial membership periods, early cancellations, or change of mind. The exception is our money-back guarantee described above, which is based solely on documented pick performance.
If you cancel your membership before the end of your billing period, you will retain access until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage all members to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly through the refund process outlined above.
Important: By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms in full. Filing a fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first exhausting our refund process constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of such a dispute, Best Wagers reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to seeking compensatory damages of up to $20,000 USD per incident, plus all associated legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses.
If you have already filed a dispute or chargeback, you must reverse it immediately and contact us directly via Instagram DM (@bestwagers) or Telegram (t.me/bestwagers) to resolve the matter. Failure to reverse an unauthorized dispute within 7 days will result in permanent account termination and may trigger legal proceedings as described above.
We have a clear, generous refund policy. There is no reason to file a chargeback. If you believe you are owed a refund, simply follow the process above and we will take care of it.
