By accessing or using the Best Wagers website (bestwagers.io), Telegram group, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Best Wagers ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

Best Wagers is a sports betting pick membership service. We provide:

• Sports betting picks delivered via a private Telegram group
• Coverage across multiple sports including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC, Soccer, Tennis, College Football, and College Basketball
• A publicly accessible performance tracker (spreadsheet) documenting all picks and results
• Educational commentary and analysis alongside picks

We provide informational and entertainment content only. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or operate as a sportsbook or bookmaker.

3. Membership Plans and Payment

Best Wagers offers the following membership plans:

• Daily Pass: $15
• Weekly Pass: $50
• Monthly Plan: $99
• 3-Month Plan: $250
• 6-Month Plan: $400
• 12-Month Plan: $500

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

Membership plans do not auto-renew. When your membership period expires, you must purchase a new plan to continue receiving picks.

4. Membership Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the private Best Wagers Telegram group for the duration of your membership period. Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid Telegram account to receive picks. Best Wagers is not responsible for missed picks due to Telegram outages, notification settings, or device issues on your end.

5. Important Disclaimers

• No guarantee of profit: Sports betting involves inherent risk. Past performance, including results documented in our public tracker, does not guarantee future results. You may lose money.
• Personal responsibility: You are solely responsible for any bets you place based on our picks. We do not control where, when, or how much you wager.
• Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not encourage or endorse illegal gambling activity.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our Service.
• Odds variation: Odds and lines may differ between sportsbooks and may change after our picks are posted. Results are based on the odds available at the time of posting.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Best Wagers, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any bets placed based on our picks or content
• Losses incurred through sports betting activities
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the delivery of picks
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information
• Any third-party actions, products, or services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including picks, analysis, commentary, graphics, logos, and website design, is the intellectual property of Best Wagers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our picks or content without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the private Telegram group
• Use our brand name, logo, or content for commercial purposes
• Screenshot, copy, or redistribute picks to non-members

8. User Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of the picks and content shared in the private Telegram group
• Not share your membership access with any third party
• Treat other members and staff with respect in all communications
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior within the Telegram group
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Sharing or redistributing picks or membership access
• Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other members, or our reputation

In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining membership period.

10. Refund Policy

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party platforms including Telegram for pick delivery and various payment processors for transactions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law
